Directions to the venue

Patcham Memorial Hall is located in the Patcham area of Brighton and Hove and is situated at the centre of Patcham Village.

Car

It is just off the A23 as it enters the city of Brighton and Hove and near the southbound exits from the A27 Worthing to Lewes bypass.

There is free street parking available outside the hall on Old London Road.

Bus:

The bus 5a stops outside Patcham Memorial Hall, and it is just up the road from the co-operative shop

Contraindications

Please be aware that before booking your ticket for this retreat, you are also in agreement that attending the retreat is appropriate and safe for you to attend.

Therefore, please read the following contraindications BEFORE booking your ticket.

Please note that sound baths are unsuitable for Anyone:

Β· In the first trimester of pregnancy

Β· With a pacemaker, stent, mechanical shunt, or any other metal implants in their body.

Β· With a sound-sensitive condition (such as sound-induced/triggered epilepsy).

Please consult your doctor if you are concerned about any health issues before the retreat. If you have any questions, please contact me.

Cancellations

A refund is available up to 2 weeks before the event. After that, money refunds will not be offered under any circumstances. If you are no longer able to attend, you are welcome to sell your space to another person or gift your place to someone. However, please let me know the name, email address, and mobile number of the person attending in your place by sending me an email ot text with the replacement persons details.

It can sometimes be quite easy to lose touch with that quiet space and inner glow that exists within us, that place where peace, clarity, and renewal. This half-day flow, restorative yoga, and sound-healing retreat is an immersive experience and a special, intentional time dedicated to putting yourself first and prioritizing rest and self-care.
This retreat is an invitation to step away, pause, and disconnect from today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, full of to-do lists, responsibilities, expectations, distractions, stress, and the pressure of everyday life.
This retreat provides you with the space to slow down, breathe deeply, and align yourself to nature's rhythm and your internal rhythm, restore and nourish your mind, body, and soul, and fill your heart with love, light, peace, and joy.


Come and cocoon with us and reconnect with that quiet place and inner glow within a safe and nurturing space. Surrounded by the soft, warm glow and flicker of a sea of warm, inviting candles and fairy lights for a deeply nourishing, candlelit, gentle yoga, meditation, and sound healing.

This is an opportunity to connect with yourself and nourish every layer of your being: emotional, mind, body, and spirit, in a safe environment.

Join Irina under the warm glow of the serene embrace of soft candlelight for a gentle, calming, and soothing yoga practice, where you will be taken through a relaxing, nurturing practice, allowing your body time to stretch and unwind. This gentle yoga emphasizes pace and mindfulness as you transition from one pose to the next. Unravel and let go, and allow your body and mind to rest. Then followed by a gentle yoga practice, which involves holding poses, enabling a gentle stretch, opening your body, and bringing warmth to your heart. Encompassing mindful breathing and meditation with a focus on using the breath as a tool both on and off the mat! With each breath, melting a little deeper, releasing tension, inviting softness, and surrendering into serenity, and ending by winding down and relaxing in savasana.


Then sink into stillness and surrender as Rose guides you through a deeply relaxing Nidra (yogic sleep) under the soft and soothing glow of candlelight.

Then go on to retire to a warm cocoon of a sound journey and guided meditation with Rose under the warm, soothing glow of candles, fairy lights, soothing aromas, and grounding vibrations. Breathe deeply and surrender and immerse yourself in the calming, soothing sounds and deep healing tones, therapeutic vibrations, and resonant sound of the paiste symphonic gong, Himalayan and frosted singing bowls, the handheld frame drum, the rain stick, rain maker, koshi chimes, rattles, and various other therapeutic sound healing instruments.
Let go and allow the immersive experience to unfold organically and softly and gently drift into a place of calm and deep relaxation. Allowing the gentle and deeply nourishing, soothing and healing sounds, tones and vibrations to wash over and through your whole body, quieting your mind, soothing your nervous system, dissolving tension, restoring balance to your mind, body and spirit, and restoring and realigning your energy.
