Give yourself permission to slow down, with a little spooky-season energy.
Join us on the Oasis Lawn at Plaza San Antonio Hotel & Spa for Spooky Slow + Still: Yin & Meditation, a 75-minute restorative experience blending long-held yin postures, guided meditation, and intentional stillness in the garden.
Settle into a slower pace as you move through supported poses designed to gently work into the body’s deeper connective tissues, improve mobility and flexibility, and create space to soften rather than strive.
Throughout the practice, moments of meditation and quiet reflection will be woven in, creating a moody, grounding experience inspired by the season. Expect a little candlelight, a little mystery, and plenty of space to breathe, reset, and reconnect.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. You do not need to be flexible or “good” at meditation, just come as you are, get comfortable, and let yourself slow down.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and bug spray. Blocks, bolsters, blankets, or anything else that helps you feel more comfortable are always welcome.
