The Spinning Babies® prenatal course explores your baby's active role in childbirth.During labour, your baby moves through the three levels of the pelvis. Learn techniques that can help your pelvis and muscles work properly. You and your partner can practise these techniques together before and during labour to help 'make room for baby'! Spinning Babies shows you how to find the optimum position for your baby before labour begins, and how to make labour less painful — even joyful!

Bring your birth partner with you to learn how they can support you during pregnancy and labour. This class is suitable from the 20th week of pregnancy.
The Spinning Babies® workshop is widely known around the world for its effectiveness in preparing for a vaginal birth after caesarean (VBAC), for breech or transverse babies, and for previous difficult labours. However, you will also greatly benefit from this course if you are a first-time mother or if your previous births were straightforward and quick, whether you are planning a standard hospital birth or an undisturbed birth. Spinning Babies® is the father's favourite birth preparation class.
The prenatal class will be led by Cloé Ferreira Sabatier, a doula and Spinning Babies® parent educator.

Course fee: 38,000 HUF per couple.
Individual and group birth preparation classes are held regularly in Budapest in Hungarian, English, French and Portuguese. If this date does not suit you, please contact Cloé to arrange an alternative. There will be a group class in Hungarian that same weekend.
