Settle in, meet fellow guests and enjoy tea, cake and Prosecco, with music playing softly in the background. Come on your own or bring a friend you’re welcome either way.
5:00pm to 7:15pm | Live podcast, poetry & audience questions
Explore kindness, community and connection with our three special guests, including a live poetry performance. There’ll be time for audience questions and shared reflections, too. Join in if you’d like, or simply listen and enjoy.
7:15pm to 8:00pm | Wind-down & final connections
Continue the conversation, connect with someone new and enjoy relaxed mingling with background music.

The live podcast will be filmed, but you don’t have to appear on camera to attend. Please let us know in advance if you’d prefer not to be filmed, so we can arrange seating or standing space outside the camera’s frame and brief the filming team. You’re welcome to submit an audience question for the host to read out instead.
