About this Event
Cut through the noise of viral social media "detox" trends, miracle cure-alls, and misleading health claims. You'll gain practical tools to spot online pseudoscience, analyse ingredient lists, and separate hype from factual science - including the "green" claims that get put on products with little to back them up.
Along the way, you'll craft your own custom loose-leaf herbal tea blend rooted in real botanical science, safe usage, and ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients. You'll learn how to trace where your ingredients come from, why sourcing practices matter for both the planet and the communities who grow them, and how to spot greenwashing in the wellness industry just as sharply as you spot pseudoscience. Build a blend and a mindset, that's good for you and the earth!
