Get ready for a fun, feel-good session with a short fitness challenge, games, a friendly chat about breast cancer awareness, and plenty of time to socialise with other lovely ladies. 💪🥰
🌸 A friendly, welcoming space for all women, including ladies whose first language isn’t English, to practise their English, meet local women, make new friends and feel part of our community. 💕
