A soundbath and guided meditation to help you stop carrying what’s already happened and make space for what’s next.
About this Event

Join us for an immersive in-person soundbath designed to help you soften your grip on what you can’t change, and create space for where you are now.

Through guided meditation, breath, and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums you’ll be invited to release old energy, and reconnect with the present moment.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more present.

What to expect: Joanne will guide you through the session starting with a guided meditation and then followed by a soundbath journey, using various instruments like crystal singing bowls and chimes and drums.

What to wear/bring:

  1. Wear comfortable loose clothing
  2. Yoga mat
  3. Blanket
  4. Pillow
  5. Eye mask/covering
  6. Water

Arrival: The sound bath will begin at 6pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.

Refunds: There are NO REFUNDS for this event, please feel free to give the ticket to a friend or family if you are unable to attend.
