About this Event

What can you expect?

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation, as you lay down and listen to the deep soothing sounds of the gong. We will start with a sage clearing Reiki meditation, using my crystal sound bowls which are tuned to the healing frequencies of the seven chakras. Where you can allow yourself to unwind, heal and take time to love and care for yourself, you deserve it! We welcome everyone to join us regardless if you have experienced sound healing before or not.

What is sound Healing?

Sound healing helps to influence brainwave frequencies, enabling a person to enter an altered state of consciousness similar to very deep relaxation. Sound healing can help to shift your brain waves to a certain frequency through a process called entrainment. Which is when your brain synchronises its waves to the same frequency of the gong and crystal bowls. These specific frequencies speak directly to the cells in your body to improve wellbeing and help to reduce stress.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient energy healing from Japan which channels the life force energy to heal every aspect of you mind, body and spirit. Reiki teaches that there are seven chakras within our bodies, the crown, the third eye, the throat, the heart, the solar plexus, the sacral and the root. When any one of these chakras become blocked with stagnant energy it can cause a whole host of physical and emotional symptoms. The reiki healing allows this energy to unblock, allowing you to speak your truth, expressing yourself and opens your heart after any heart break, grief or loss. You may feel these negative emotions which we have been taught to bury come up, if you do it is important to let the body do what it needs to do to heal and to let go, for your greatest good.
