Sound Therapist Training – Level 1 - 3 days

Learn the foundations of working with sound and develop the practical skills to create safe, supportive experiences of relaxation and mindful presence.
This 3-day introductory training is open to beginners — no musical education or previous experience is required. It is also designed for yoga teachers, therapists, bodyworkers, musicians, and anyone who wants to incorporate sound into their professional or personal practice.
You’ll explore sound, vibration, rhythm and frequency; learn to work with crystal singing bowls and complementary instruments; and discover the basics of harmony, tone and resonance. A strong focus is placed on facilitation, session structure, creating a supportive space, and leading individual and group sound experiences.
The training is highly practical, with exercises, guided practice, individual feedback and opportunities to develop your own authentic approach.
Included:74-page manual, diploma, instruments, sound bath with Agata, ceremonial cacao, tea, water & snacks.

The training takes place across three days, with shorter sessions designed to allow time for integration and practice between meetings:

Total: 13 hours
The training combines theory, demonstrations, practical exercises, individual and group practice, and feedback. Each day begins with a grounding and somatic practice before we move into the theoretical and practical aspects of working with sound.
