Sound healing is the perfect way to do this! Take yourself on a blissful journey to calm and regulate your mind and body, so you can continute to make a difference.
No experience is needed - you simply lie down allowing the sounds to wash over you. One hour where nobody needs anything from you, a moment for yourself where you can just simply be.

This event is open to anyone- bring along a friend or family memeber and enjoy the experiece together 💫
What to expect:
Arrive 5 minutes early to settled yourself in. You will be guided through a meditation followed by an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls and grounding instruments.
What to bring:
Wear comfy clothes and bring along a mat, pillow and blanket.
Optional eye-mask and water to help you stay comfortable and hydrated.
