Usui Reiki Level I Training
Reiki (pronounced "Ray-Key") is a Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy to support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Whether you're beginning a personal healing journey or feeling called to help others, this training provides a strong foundation in Reiki.
During this training you will:
- Learn the history and principles of Traditional Usui Reiki
- Receive four Reiki Level I attunements
- Experience a healing sound bath immersion at a Sedona energy vortex
- Learn the chakra system and its connection to energy healing
- Practice self-Reiki and full-body Reiki treatments on others
- Learn grounding, centering, and energetic protection techniques
- Receive a comprehensive training manual and Reiki Level I certificate upon completion
No experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to learn. Space is limited to create an intimate and supportive learning experience.
