A gentle invitation to come home to yourself ✨
Join us for a sunset yoga, sound bath and guided mediatation — a heart-centered community gathering designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit.
This yoga and sound session is open to people of all walks of life and fitness levels. The intention is simple: to gather under one sky, connect to yourself and like minded people, and create a space rooted in respect, openness, and kindness.

To Bring: yourself is enough, yoga mat, water bottle, and what you might need to feel comfortable (blanket, pillow, etc.) but we will have everything available as well
