About this Event
November invites meaning-making, synthesis, gratitude, and the gathering of wisdom from the year so far. It is a month to slow down, look within, and integrate the experiences that have shaped you. Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony for Integration and Wisdom offers a warm, meditative space to settle your energy, honor your journey, and reconnect with your inner truth.
This 90 minute ceremony begins with a gentle serving of ceremonial cacao to soften the heart, deepen presence, and support emotional clarity. As you settle in, Isabel guides you through a restorative sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding percussion. The sound vibrations help quiet the mind, soothe the body, and create space for reflection and insight.
Throughout the experience, Isabel weaves November’s themes of integration, wisdom, gratitude, reflection, and synthesis, inviting you to feel into what the year has taught you and what lessons are ready to be carried forward.
Reflection prompts help you gather insights and anchor your inner knowing before closing the ceremony with a sense of peace and completion.
