Get cozy and join us for Sound Asleep: A Pajama Sound Bath at The Meditation Nook in Kearny Mesa!
Come dressed in your favorite pajamas and settle in for a dreamy evening created to help you slow down, release the day, and ease into deep relaxation. You’ll be guided through a calming meditation before being immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
No meditation or sound bath experience is needed. Simply arrive as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.
Reminder:
- Wear your favorite pajamas or cozy clothes
- We provide a yoga bed, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye mask, water, and tea or something comfortable to lie on
Pajamas are encouraged but not required. Please bring anything you need to feel warm, supported, and comfortable throughout the experience.
