Lie back, close your eyes, and let the healing vibrations wash over you. Each session features crystal singing bowls, a gong, chimes, vocal toning, and ambient sound — creating a deeply immersive soundscape designed to promote relaxation, stress relief, and emotional well-being.
What to expect:
- 45-60+ minutes of guided sound healing
- A peaceful, welcoming environment
- No experience necessary — all levels, all ages

- Yoga mat
