This location is easily accessible, located directly across the street from Ashby BART, and free parking is available.Immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath that will transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Let the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, handpans, and other instruments wash away stress and tension. Allow your mind to unwind and your body to rejuvenate as the harmonious sounds envelop you in this powerful experience designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul.Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the sound bath will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Please note that late arrivals cannot be admitted. We recommend bringing a water bottle, a yoga mat, and anything else you need to be comfortable and fully relax.We look forward to serenading you!
