About this Event
Two studios, one day, and a few ways to shoot.
Our next session runs two shoots side by side. In one studio, our photographer shoots clean, professional headshots. In the other, you step into character: swords and fantasy, with sword instructors, costume and a MUA to complete the look. Choose one, or book the Double and do both. In Sonder style we will have snacks, drinks, music and members of the community and other industry creatives at the session, so you leave with more than just your pictures.
Headshots
Fresh, natural headshots for Spotlight, casting submissions and socials. Come camera-ready, as makeup on the day is focused on the character profiles. Your slot is an hour, shared with one other person.
Character Profiles: Swords & Fantasy
Step into a role you’d want to play on screen. These shoots give casting directors a visual of what you’d look like in the part, and they’re a lot of fun. Our sword instructors guide you through choosing your weapon, handling it and posing in character, and our MUA and costume team get you in the look. Arrive 30 minutes before your slot for hair, makeup and costume. All weapons are handled only under direct instructor supervision.
Sword instructors: Rafe Oliver and Tom Mansfield
