In this soulful, interactive workshop, you’ll be guided through a powerful year-end ritual to reflect on what 2026 taught you, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your vision for a radiant, abundant 2027.
Together, we’ll ground into the body, move through stuck energy, celebrate growth, and set aligned intentions for the new year — using breathwork, gentle somatic movement, visualization, and guided journaling.
You’ll experience:
- Breathwork to calm your mind & reconnect to your body
- A guided reflection to honor the lessons & wins of the year
- A movement-based release practice to let go of stress, old patterns, or beliefs you're ready to leave behind
- A future self visualization & vision-setting ritual to clarify what you truly desire in 2027
- A closing circle to integrate, connect, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and inspired
This is your moment to pause, reset, and realign — so you can step into the new year with confidence and intention.
Please bring a journal and water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.
NOTE: Please arrive to north beach 30min early, walk around enjoy the neighborhood before the session so you're not in the state of rush and stress. We ask you to be on time for this session - doors will close promptly and there will be NO LATE ENTRIES.
About Anna Bolender: Anna Bolender is a certified Somatic Embodiment & Intuitive Life Coach, Somatic Breathwork and Quantum Wellness Practitioner, Reiki Master, and lifelong student of holistic health and well-being. Through her coaching programs and workshops, Anna guides others to return home to themselves - releasing what keeps them stuck, reconnecting with their body and inner wisdom, and creating real, lasting transformation from the inside out.
Blending somatics, energy healing, quantum wellness, and mindset work, she helps clients break free from self-sabotaging patterns, repattern their nervous system, and cultivate simple daily rituals that support a fulfilling, grounded, and aligned life.
