Use the wisdom of your own breath to reconnect with your body and emotions.
About this Event

Experience the power of breathing in a safe and nourishing environment.

In this breathwork class, you will be guided through a conscious breathing technique that supports a shift from mental activity into a more present and embodied experience. The practice may bring emotional release, surface underlying thoughts or patterns, and deepen your connection with yourself and others.

A Small Group Experience

To keep the experience intimate and allow for individual attention and support, each SOMA session is limited to 12 participants.

What You Will Experience:

  • Arrive & settle in
  • Instructions, safety guidelines, and setting of intention
  • Active breathwork journey
  • Integration - circle sharing (optional)

What Participants Are Saying:

"Konstantin’s breathwork was an incredibly grounding experience. He created a space where I felt comfortable enough to really drop in, let go, and feel secure in myself. I walked away feeling more present, connected, and at ease. Highly recommend experiencing one of his sessions."

- Greg

"As a long-time practitioner of somatic psychotherapy, I can say that SOMA breath work has been absolutely beneficial to incorporate into my practice. Konstantin is knowledgeable and supportive, and I look forward to our next session together!"

- Logan

This class is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes
  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket (blankets will be provided, but you may prefer to bring your own)
  • Eye mask (optional)
  • Water bottle

Safety:

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active somatic practice that may bring up strong physical or emotional sensations, including emotional release, dizziness, tingling, or temporary discomfort. Participation is voluntary and you are responsible for your own wellbeing throughout the session. You may pause or stop at any time.

This practice is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or who have serious cardiovascular, neurological, or psychiatric conditions. If you are unsure, please consult a medical professional before attending.

Upon registration, you will receive a waiver to complete prior to the session.

About the Facilitator:

Konstantin’s path into breathwork began through his own process of reconnecting with emotional presence and the body. A retreat in Mexico first introduced him to the power of conscious breathing as a tool for inner exploration and regulation.

Since then, he has integrated breathwork into his personal practice and facilitation work. He has been holding sharing circles and retreats for the past few years, creating spaces for emotional expression, presence, and connection.

He is a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator.
