SOMA Breath Journey: Breathwork in Houston

I'm excited to be hosting a SOMA Breath Journey, an evening of guided breathwork in Houston.

This is an invitation to quiet the noise, return to your heart, and reconnect with greater peace, clarity, and presence, through the breath.

We'll open with grounding and arrival, move into an guided breathwork journey, and close with integration and stillness.

Open to all levels, no experience needed. Come as you are.

What to bring: a sleeping mask, water, and something comfortable to lie on. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a layer, temperatures can shift throughout the evening.
