Welcome to a Solar Plexus Chakra yoga class for gay men who are ready to stand taller, breathe deeper, and stop shrinking themselves into a polite little email signature.
This class focuses on the Solar Plexus Chakra, also known as Manipura, the energetic center connected to confidence, willpower, personal power, courage, transformation, and self-trust. In your chakra materials, Manipura is described as the center of personal power, dynamic confidence, and willpower, with a connection to the transformative Fire element.
Expect a queer-centered, welcoming, energizing yoga experience built around breath, core awareness, confidence-building movement, and affirmations.
This is not about becoming louder, harsher, or spiritually bossy in linen pants. It is about remembering your power without performing it for approval. We’ll use breath, movement, and intentional pauses to reconnect with your center, wake up your inner fire, and help you feel more grounded in who you are.
Come as you are. Leave feeling clearer, stronger, brighter, and just a little less interested in explaining yourself to people committed to misunderstanding you.
