Sol Stretch is a beginner-friendly, Yin-inspired yoga experience personally guided by Dorothy Lynn. Your ticket reserves your place in this intentionally curated class, where you'll experience gentle movement, mindful breathwork, deep stretching, and guided relaxation to help calm the nervous system and restore balance.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, you'll be supported in moving at your own pace in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
Each class invites you to slow down, release physical and emotional tension, improve flexibility and mobility, and reconnect with yourself through intentional movement and stillness.
