What are you calling forward? Write a word, intention, or aspiration and place it into our collective Seed Vessel — a symbolic container for the hopes we're planting together.
**🎶 The Sound — Experiencing Resonance**
Surrender to an immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls, percussion, and resonant frequencies. Listen inward. Allow yourself to receive.
**🥁 The Rhythm — Amplifying Your Voice**
Through drumming and shared expression, we'll amplify what we've planted into a collective heartbeat of connection and courage. No musical experience required — only your presence.
**🍉 The Nourishment — Integrating the Experience**
Water and teas will be available, as well as light snacks, to assist in reintegrating into your body from the sound journey.
