Soft Reset: An Intentional Playdate for Grown-ups
Grown-ups need playdates too!
This past weekend I took my toddler on a playdate with a new friend. Tiny chairs. Toys everywhere. And the kids? Fully in it.
Just playing. Connecting. Trying things. Laughing.
And I had this very clear thought:…wait. I want a playdate too.
Because if I’m being honest—I haven’t felt like myself lately. Not in a dramatic way. Just… off.
Like I’ve outgrown something…but haven’t fully stepped into what’s next.
So.....I’m creating the space I’ve been needing.
This is a space for grown-ups who are craving a gentle reset — not through planning or productivity, but through curiosity, creativity, and a little bit of fun. Together, we’ll step out of the day-to-day and into a more playful way of thinking about what’s next.
We’ll reflect and imagine— lightly, honestly, and in community.
And we’ll be doing it all inside one of the most perfect, playful spaces: .
This experience is facilitated by , Learning Experience Designer and former Design Thinking & Life Design lecturer at Stanford University. Shanice designs spaces that help people pause, reconnect with themselves, and take aligned action — all through experiences that are interactive, human, and grounded in play.
Come as you are. No pressure to have it all figured out. Just a willingness to PLAY.
