About this Event
What would change if people experiencing housing insecurity help shape the solutions?
ATD Fourth World USA warmly invites you to Social Justice Dialogues: Changing the Narrator, a new participatory space bringing together people from different backgrounds, communities, and organizations to reflect collectively on social justice issues.
Our first dialogue will explore how the experiences and knowledge of people facing housing insecurity can better inform housing policies, organizational practices, and collective solutions. We will reflect on one central question:
How can we better bring lived experience of housing insecurity into NYC policy and collective solution-building?
Together, we’ll challenge dominant narratives, learn across differences, and explore how people most affected by housing insecurity can help shape the decisions that affect their lives.
