We listen to Japji Sahib paath and Shabad Kirtan. Shabad Kirtan refers to musical recitation of the lines taken from Shri Guru Granth Sahib which is the primary scripture in Sikhism. All the hyms in Guru Granth Sahib have been set to certain raags (Indian Classical music) and are accompanied with music using Sargam notation while singing.
At the end, prashad and langar will be served to everyone. Langar means the meal/food served free of charge to all the visitors —without making a distinction of religion, caste, gender, economic status or ethnicity.
