While there is not yet a universal cure, treatments can help manage symptoms, reduce pain crises, prevent complications, and improve quality of life.
People living with sickle cell often face severe pain, fatigue, hospital visits, and challenges that are invisible to others. Education, early diagnosis, research, access to quality care, blood donations, and community support can make a real difference.
