Join Healthy Bodies/Healthy Minds for a fun-filled wellness event for children and families! Through music and movement, yoga, wellness crafts, mindfulness activities, and games, children and caregivers will discover simple ways to build healthy bodies and healthy minds while having fun together.

Parent & Me Music, Movement & Wellness (Birth–3 Years with Caregiver)
Music, movement, gentle stretching, rhythm activities, and relaxation.
12:15 PM – 1:00 PM
Kids Yoga Adventure (Ages 4–10)
Interactive yoga with animal poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and movement games.
1:00 PM – 1:10 PM
Healthy Snack & Water Break

Wellness Crafts & Mindfulness Activities
Creative projects focused on gratitude, kindness, self-expression, and emotional wellness.
