Get ready to loosen up and flow with some easy stretches and dance moves led by Kia Janae for all skill levels. Outdoor Edition!
Unwind, reset and reconnect with your body through soulful stretch and movement class to the sounds of RnB.
This outdoor 60 minute session blends with gentle stretching, mindful movement and body awareness to increase flexibility, release tension, and improve mobility; all in a relaxing, music driven atmosphere. With a fun routine to close out the morning/afternoon. Perfect for all levels.
*Please bring yoga mat and/or blanket
*Location: Park in Chido's Tex-Mex Grill parking lot (the back); head down the hill towards Pavilion.
