Shepherding the Church in a Secular Age: Leading Faithfully Across a Changing World

A four-day international conference for 500+ pastors and ministers, addressing the shared reality of ministering in an increasingly secular world — while recognizing that "secular" looks different depending on where you serve, from numerical decline in the West to restriction in some regions to growth in others.

Structure across four days:

1. Day 1 — Reading the Moment. Opens by naming where the global church actually stands today, then makes the theological case for confidence rather than retreat.
2. Day 2 — The Shepherd's Soul. Turns inward to the minister's own spiritual, emotional and family life, with facilitated peer groups and breakout streams on burnout, marriage, bivocational ministry, and finances.
3. Day 3 — The Flock in Front of You. Focuses outward on preaching to a skeptical world, reaching younger generations, cross-cultural and diaspora ministry, and a panel tackling the hardest conversations facing churches globally.
4. Day 4 — Sent. Closes with a charge on long-term faithfulness, a personal 12-month planning workshop, and a commissioning service.
