About Lee:
Lee has been teaching people to walk on fire for twenty years with Firewalk Scotland and recently launched Wild Changer, a purpose-built bag for wild swimmers. She has spent two decades helping people do the thing they swore they couldn't do, whether that's walking on fire or finally backing themselves in business.
Her work sits at the intersection of psychology, performance and the kind of practical courage that actually moves the needle. She doesn't teach confidence as a concept; she builds it in a room.

She Scales is a monthly female founders connection and co‑working day delivered across every Royal Bank Accelerator hub. It is a dedicated space for women who are building and growing businesses. The session brings people together to share experiences, exchange insight, and build community in a warm and honest environment.
Whether you are at the beginning of your journey, scaling with momentum, or learning from those who have already travelled the path ahead, She Scales offers meaningful connection, practical conversation, and genuine support. We welcome female founders, non‑binary founders who feel aligned with women’s spaces, and allies who wish to contribute, learn, and support.
