Shakeout Run & Recovery Lounge presented by Molecule

Kick off Chicago Marathon weekend with Molecule for a 2-mile shakeout run led by Chicago creator and Winded Run Club founder Cora Shircel. The run will start and finish at Lincoln Park Grove 2, followed by an opportunity to recharge at Molecule’s Rest & Recovery Lounge, featuring onsite physical therapy support, giveaways, and limited-quantity gift bags.

• 08:00am–08:15am – Check-in
• 08:15am–08:30am – Pre-run stretch
• 08:30am–09:30am – Shakeout run (2 mi)
• 09:30am–11:30am – Rest & Recovery Lounge open for attendees to stop by and recharge

• 2 mile run
• All paces welcome
• Start/finish at Lincoln Park Grove 2
• Pre-packaged refreshments, light bites, onsite physical therapy support for those running the Chicago Marathon, and limited-quantity gift bags will all be available after the run
• Marathon runners will have the opportunity to enter recovery-focused giveaway to win a luxury Molecule mattress
• No bag storage available; bring minimal items
