SFPD Weekly Workouts

Join the SFPD Recruitment Unit and workout with us at the Academy for a 1hr workout session designed to prepare you for both the academy and to pass the Physical Ability Test.

YOU MUST BE A CURRENT SFPD APPLICANT TO PARTICIPATE.

We will provide you with a workout plan to continue working out during the week and give you an opportunity to practice getting over the 5' and 6' wall.

Please wear appropriate workout attire and bring water with you. We do not provide water bottles. Workouts will be outdoors unless there is inclimate weather.
