- 9/26 12-1PM: Part 1 - Building Your Foundation: This introductory session focuses on the essential building blocks needed before accepting paying clients. Learn how to identify your sewing business niche, navigate basic business setup steps, establish introductory pricing concepts, explore essential professional equipment, and build a solid operational roadmap.
- 10/3 12-1PM: Part 2 - Client Experience: Learn how to create a professional client experience from initial inquiry through project completion. This session covers conducting client consultations, gathering body measurements, establishing clear project expectations, managing deposits and timelines, and handling client challenges with confidence.
- 10/10 12-1PM: Part 3 - Grow Your Business: Explore practical methods to build visibility, attract new clients, and establish a professional reputation. Topics include portfolio creation, branding and marketing basics, industry networking opportunities, and proven strategies to encourage referrals and repeat business.
What to Bring: Attendees should bring a tape measure along with a notebook, laptop, or tablet to take notes during each session.
