The next Somatic Movement Education program cycle starts in October with the wonderful 4 days of Senses and Perception in the context of human development, relational communication and embodied learning approaches. Embodiment, likewise the word 'somatic', has become an 'old nugget' that evades capture in words. In each course we learn from direct experience of the topic - in this first course we reflect mindfully on each of the sensory organs as we explore them with ease, in relationship with the environment, through interaction and moving. Our sharing circles offer safe holding and co-learning deepens our self learning. Please take a look at the early bird discounts on Embody Move program page, www.embody-move.co.uk/programs. Contact us through the site or by email if you have questions. The Body-Mind Centering(R) community is growing into its 20th year in the UK in 2027!!!
