FREE Yoga & Dance Fitness for all ages in Charlotte, NC. Self Care Sundays is a welcoming wellness community designed to help people reconnect with themselves through movement, healing, and positive energy. Whether you are a beginner or experienced in yoga or dance, this experience is completely free and open to anyone looking to invest in their physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Guests can expect guided dance fitness classes, beginner-friendly yoga sessions, sound bowl healing, wellness motivation, community connection, and a safe space focused on peace, growth, and self care. Classes are designed for all fitness levels and encourage participants to move at their own pace in a supportive environment.

Transition Break: 2:40 PM – 2:50 PM
Yoga: 2:50 PM – 3:30 PM

Sound Bowl : 3:35 PM – 4:00 PM
