About this Event

Come Home to Yourself

Step into an evening designed as a sacred pause in the middle of life’s noise — a chance to slow down, nourish yourself, and reconnect with your own wisdom.

Self-Care & Soul-Shine: A Feast for the Senses is the first in our Sky Series, a set of intimate, multi-sensory gatherings created to help you deepen presence, restore your nervous system, and realign with what matters most.

From the moment you enter the Sky Lounge, you’ll be welcomed into an atmosphere of beauty, comfort, and care — where panoramic views, grounding scents, warm textures, and seasonal flavors invite you to fully arrive in the present.

Why Attend

In the fullness of the fall season, we’ll gather to:

  • Create a sacred pause to reflect, release, and reset.
  • Engage the senses through intentional design — scent, sound, touch, taste, and sight — to anchor you in the moment.
  • Harvest and release — acknowledge what’s grown in your life and let go of what no longer serves you.
  • Restore your nervous system with breathwork, gentle movement, and grounding practices.
  • Foster connection with like-hearted others who often lead, care for, or hold space for many.
  • Equip yourself with practical tools — journaling prompts, rituals, and somatic practices to carry into the months ahead.

What You’ll Experience
  • Gentle somatic and mindset tools for clarity and calm
  • Guided reflection to help you release what’s no longer aligned
  • Breathwork and sensory grounding practices you can use anytime
  • Connection in an intimate group setting (max 16 participants)
  • Nourishment for body and soul, including seasonal tastes (e.g., charcuterie, homemade gluten-free bread and dessert, comforting vegetarian soup, spiced tea and non-alcoholic punch)

Who It’s For

This gathering is designed for people who work in service of others — leaders, coaches, educators, healers, caregivers — as well as anyone seeking meaningful pause and renewal. The practices you’ll learn are accessible, repeatable, and can serve as part of your ongoing personal and professional development.

Professional Development & Wellness

The tools and experiences in this session are transferable to leadership, client work, and team settings. Participants will:

  • Reflect on personal growth and let go of stressors
  • Strengthen resilience and presence
  • Engage in breathwork and journaling practices
  • Build capacity for self-regulation in high-demand seasons

This workshop may qualify as professional development or wellness for reimbursement by your employer. Invoices and receipts are available upon request.

Agenda
Entering the Circle: Arrival & Grounding

Info: Ease into the evening with a warm welcome, seasonal beverages, and a cozy seat. Begin to set your intention for the night and notice the shift from the busy world outside to this sacred pause. Gentle ambient cues engage the senses and help ground your nervous system, inviting presence and readiness for reflection.

Embodied Reflection: Breath, Body & Mind

Info: This is the heart of the experience. Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, and journaling prompts, you’ll access embodied wisdom and tap into your inner voice. Practice research-based breath and movement practices to downregulate stress responses, improve focus, and support emotional regulation. We’ll explore ways to harvest personal insights, release what no longer serves, and anchor values and intentions for the season ahead.

Harvest & Heartfelt Connection

Info: Close the evening by sharing thoughtfully prepared fall-inspired snacks and drinks in a warm, intimate setting. Engage in meaningful conversation and savor seasonal flavors, textures, and aromas that reinforce the sense of calm and presence cultivated during the session. This portion encourages social connection, reflection on your insights, and integration of the practices into your daily life.
