✨ What is Sekhem?
Sekhem is an ancient system of hands-on energy healing as taught in the temples of early Egypt. Sekhem energy comes to us via the star system Sirius. Sekhmet, a Goddess with the head of a lion and the body of a woman known as the Goddess of life, death and resurrection, is associated with Sekhem. Her role is to help us get rid of what no longer serves us, for our highest good, in the most loving way. Sekhem facilitates self-awareness, stress relief, well-being, freedom from past patterning, inner peace and joy, clarity of mind, and authentic self-expression. It is also a totally safe treatment for easing discomforts pre- and post-surgery or following chemotherapy and radiation. Sekhem also works very well with young children.

✨ Schedule:
The class in person with all the practice is on Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and the class online with all the theory, reflection, discussion and Q&A is on Sunday 4:00-7:00pm.
