We begin by gently shifting out of “rushing mode” and into presence.

• A tea ceremony to slow things down and create a shared sense of calm
• Introductions held in an atmosphere of attention, slowness, and presence
From there, we open into relaxed networking where conversations unfold naturally, and feel warmer, deeper, and more genuine. During the open part of the event, you’ll have the optional opportunity to get a professional headshot taken while you’re feeling relaxed, confident, and fully yourself.

Once you’re in this grounded, open state, you’ll have the opportunity to step in front of the camera.
No stiff poses. No forced smiles. Just you relaxed, present, and fully yourself.

Headshot ticket includes:
• 10–15 minute session with Anasta - a professional photographer
• 1 edited image of your choice
• Studio lighting and choice of a fabric backdrop (look at the examples from the last event bellow!)
Option to purchase additional images afterwards.

About you host
I’m Anasta, a portrait photographer and mindful workshops facilitator. I start my photography sessions with a tea ceremony and a guided movement to help you relax, slow down and feel more at ease in your body.
Only then we begin photographing, so you can feel comfortable, natural and confident in front of the camera.
This event is a chance to experience a taster of that process while also getting a beautiful headshot and meeting like-minded women. My headshot sessions usually start from £250 (session fee only), so this is a great opportunity to experience working with me in a more accessible way.

A few notes
This is a small group event, kept intentionally intimate so it stays calm and connection feels easier. It will take place in my home photography studio to ensure a cozy atmosphere.
