Hear directly from PIC members, coaches, and graduates as they share authentic stories from their coaching journeys. Our panelists will discuss their goals, challenges, breakthroughs and the role that life coaching, consistency, partnership, and accountability played in helping them move forward.

🌱Keynote: Reflection. Resilience. Renewal.

Be inspired by a dynamic keynote conversation focused on coaching, self-empowerment, and the power of relationship. Our keynote speaker, Dr. Corrie L. Davis, will invite guests to reflect on their journeys and embrace the courage to release what no longer serves them. Through a message of perseverance, personal growth, and transformation, Dr. Davis will inspire guests to move forward with renewed purpose and possibility.

As Georgia State University Senior Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs, Dr. Davis focuses on the full scope of faculty life, from recruitment to retirement. Her responsibilities include faculty onboarding, success, retention, and support. Dr. Davis is frequently asked to speak on leadership development, faculty morale, and imposter syndrome.

In addition to her Faculty Affairs leadership, Dr. Davis serves as the Executive Liaison for Student Success, with her primary responsibility for 2026-2027 being to advance transfer student success across the university.

Dr. Davis has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Delaware State University, a master’s degree in special education/behavior disorders from West Virginia University and a Ph.D. in educational policy studies with a concentration in research, measurement, and statistics from Georgia State University.

🎓Celebrating Our PIC Graduates

The final element of our Seeds of Change program culminates with our 2026 PIC Graduation Ceremony, recognizing members who have successfully completed their PIC coaching journey. We will celebrate their commitment, perseverance, growth, and accomplishments while honoring the goals achieved and the new possibilities ahead.

Seeds of Change is more than a celebration—it is an opportunity to connect, reflect, be inspired, and celebrate what becomes possible when people have committed accountability partners by their side in their journey to meaningful change.
