Join us for our next edition of the Seasonal Surplus Supper Club. This meal will be hosted by Cecconi's in the Brighton Beach House. In the elegant dining room with views over Brighton's iconic Palace Pier, invited chefs will showcase what can be done with surplus food and share their tips and techniques to take action in your own kitchen, all while supporting FareShare Sussex & Surrey.
Our bespoke three course menu, created specially by our top chefs, will showcase seasonal food from the FareShare Sussex & Surrey depot in Brighton, using rescued ingredients that would otherwise go to waste. The chef line-up will be announced very soon!
With the promise of conscious cooking and community led dining, bring plenty of friends, and above all an appetite! All proceeds from the event will directly support FareShare Sussex & Surrey, helping us to redistribute surplus food to those in need across our community.
