About This Event
Venus retrograde has a way of bringing shit back up.
Old relationship patterns. Questions around worth and desire. The ways we abandon ourselves to be chosen. What we tolerate. What we actually value. What we’re ready to receive. The versions of ourselves, our relationships, and our lives that simply don’t fit anymore.
Scream + Shatter is a 3-hour post-retrograde release ceremony designed to help you take everything this season revealed and actually MOVE it through your body and release it.
We’ll move through guided breathwork and Reiki, building toward an intentional somatic scream to give your body and your voice somewhere to put everything you’re done holding in.
Then we’ll take that release into an intentional plate-smashing ritual where you’ll physically break the patterns, stories, attachments, and old versions of yourself you are choosing not to carry into your next season.
Because sometimes the best way to heal is to scream at the top of your lungs and break something!!!
Reminder: This is a consent-centered space. Everything is nvitational. You choose your level of intensity every step of the way.
What We’ll Do
- Welcome + Intention Setting: arrive, land, pull an oracle card, and check in
- Post-Retrograde Reflection: explore what Venus retrograde brought forward around relationships, self-worth, desire, values, receiving, and self-trust
- Breathwork + Reiki Healing Journey: move stuck emotional and energetic charge through the body, ending with an intentional somatic scream
- Journaling + Integration Circle: name what was revealed, what you’re releasing, and what you’re choosing now
- Plate Writing + Smashing Ritual: physically shatter the patterns, stories, expectations, attachments, and identities you are done carrying
- Closing Meditation: ground, integrate, and intentionally step into what comes next
What You’ll Leave With
