About this Event
SCIM Amsterdam 2026 will take place on 22 and 23 November at the Matrix Innovation Center, Amsterdam Science Park.
Organised by the Federazione Italiana Cuochi – Associazione Estera Paesi Bassi as part of the Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo, the two-day programme brings together chefs, hospitality professionals, companies, students, institutions and the public.
The programme includes masterclasses, showcooking, the FIC Mystery Box Competition, cultural sessions and B2B meetings.
Sunday 22 November will include the institutional, educational, cultural and public programme. Monday 23 November will have a stronger professional focus, including the Mystery Box Competition and B2B activities.
The detailed timetable and participating professionals will be announced in the coming weeks.
