About this Event
Scena Awards 2026 is an in-person event for its attendees.
Event details
Join us in celebrating our 2026 inductees into the Scena Award Hall of Legens. It's with great pleasure that we will award:
> The FRENCHIE (Christine Chapon) Award to Brent Watts and Amity Hewett.
> The LEGEND (Stan Jensen) Award to Michael Li.
> The GOAT (Carol LaPlant) Award to Wally Hasseltine.
We started the Scena Awards in 2015 to say thank you. It is our appreciation party, and the night that closes the year. It’s meant to celebrate everyone in our community.
Every year, we single out a few of you with three awards, each named for someone who shaped trail running here: Christine Chapon, Stan Jensen and Carol LaPlant. The recipients, like the award namesakes, just keep showing up, year after year, for decades. That is the point.
