SAPPORO NIGHT is the networking evening of Sapporo IT Delegation in Indonesia 2026, organized by Sapporo City and the Sapporo Electronics and Industries Cultivation Foundation (SEC). Sapporo is the largest city on Hokkaido, Japan's snowy northern island, and home to a cluster of software and hardware companies now looking for business partners in Indonesia.
Who you will meet
- Atmark Techno, Inc. – embedded Linux and IoT gateways ("Armadillo")
- Ridgeworks Co., Ltd. – AI, image recognition and software development
- SOC Co., Ltd. – contract system development and AI, with a subsidiary in Malaysia
- Media Magic Inc. – bus location service "Bus Kita!" and public transport DX
- Office K – system development consulting, vehicle and fleet management, translated group calls
How the evening works
Doors open at 16:45. Each company gives a short pitch, then the floor opens for standing networking until 19:00. Halal-friendly light meals (no pork) and soft drinks are served. Beer and wine are also available.
Who should join
Companies and individuals interested in working with Japanese IT companies – as a distributor or sales partner, system integrator, co-development partner, customer or investor. Whether you already work with Japan or are exploring it for the first time, you are welcome.
SAPPORO NIGHT was first held in Jakarta on November 13, 2025. Around 40 people joined, and 90% of participants said they made new business contacts that evening.

On the afternoon of Thursday, December 3 and the morning of Friday, December 4, the five companies also hold 1-on-1 business meetings: 30 minutes, one company to one company, with a Japanese–Indonesian interpreter, free of charge. 1-on-1 meeting requests are reviewed in advance by the organizers and the participating Sapporo companies, and schedules are confirmed only with companies that have been matched. Submitting a request does not guarantee a meeting; matched companies will be contacted in late November 2026.
