Netta Levy is the founder of LifeCare Concierge, where she helps families navigate the complexities of aging and elder care with clarity and confidence. Her approach is deeply personal: she supported her father through a sudden health crisis in 2021 and now guides her mother through her own aging journey. She’s passionate about helping families prepare before crisis strikes, ensuring loved ones age with dignity, security, and peace of mind.
Netta brings the strategic thinking and communication skills honed on Wall Street to her mission of supporting families during life’s most challenging transitions.

Jennifer Matus is the owner of Amada Senior Care of Fairfield County, a home care agency based in Stamford, Connecticut. She works closely with families and seniors to ensure those in need receive compassionate, reliable care in the comfort of their own homes. Jennifer also specializes in helping families understand and access their Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCi) benefits, guiding them through policy reviews, claims initiation, and ongoing benefit utilization.
As a Physical Therapist, Jennifer has spent her career helping older adults maintain function, independence, and safety at home. She is passionate about supporting seniors and their families with knowledgeable guidance, empathy, and trusted resources during important life transitions.
