Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, guided meditation, mindful breathwork, gentle movement and moments of quiet reflection, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension and restore balance to your mind, body and spirit.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your wellness journey, share a meaningful experience , or simply enjoy a morning of peace, relaxation and connection everyone is welcome.

What to Wear:
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. We recommend dressing in warm layers so you can remain cosy and relaxed throughout the experience.
What to Bring:
To help you feel as comfortable as possible, please bring:
• A yoga mat or exercise mat
• A blanket
• A pillow or cushion for extra comfort
• An eye mask (optional)
• A bottle of water
• A journal or notepad and pen (optional)
• Sun protection or a light waterproof layer, depending on the forecast
• Most importantly, an open heart and mind ✨
Important Information:
• Free Parking Available on the surrounding roads.
• Please arrive by 10:45am to allow time to settle before the session begins. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, entry cannot be guaranteed after 11:15am.
