About this Event
Join us for a free, creative workshop making an zine and collage inspired by Bittersweet: Legacies of Sugar.
Join us for the final event in the Bittersweet: Legacies of Sugar series: a free, hands-on zine and collage workshop.
This is a chance to gather everything we’ve explored across the programme and turn it into something you can hold, share and take away. Through collage and simple zine-making, we’ll reflect on the stories, places and conversations that have come up through the series, and create new pages together.
No experience needed and all materials are provided — just bring yourself (and anything you’d like to include, if you have it).
This workshop is part of Bittersweet: Legacies of Sugar, a community programme presented by the Newham African Caribbean Heritage Reference Group in partnership with Museum X, funded by the Lyles Local Fund.
