About this Event
Come join me as we honor, acknowledge, and alchemize our sacred rage vital life force.
By connecting to deeply stored rage energies, we release them safely and allow our bodies to come back into harmony and balance with purpose.
We transmute unexpressed rage which becomes toxic and turns inward, attacking our bodies.
This can lead go numerous states of dis-ease that all originate from an overused chronic state of fight or flight, leaving the body mentally, physically, and emotionally tapped out and exhausted.
By harnessing this sacred power, we connect with rage and through releasing it, we can regain clarity, focus, and balance in order to take aligned action and restore innate harmony and balance.
You'll leave with valuable tools to continue this practice in your daily life, allowing you to shift into a more regulated state in your day to day lives.
