Sacred Pause is a gathering for women who are craving softness, sisterhood and a moment to come back to themselves. There is nothing you need to do and no one you need to be. No expectations, no obligations, no 'need to's'.
🌹 What we'll do
- Arrive, land and ground into our bodies
- Create our sacred container and set intentions
- Sip ceremonial cacao and tea
- Share and be witnessed in circle
- Close with a ritual to carry the pause with you
✨ Who it's for
Any woman who needs to slow down, feel and be held. No experience needed. Come as you are, whatever your story, beliefs or background. You are SO welcome here.
📍 Where
Highgate, North London. The exact address is sent to ticket holders after booking. Nearest stations: Highgate and Archway (Northern line)
🎟 Booking
Spaces are limited to keep it intimate. The circle runs with a minimum of 6 women. If we don't reach it by booking close on Sunday 8th November, you'll receive a full refund.
Good to know
- Wear something comfortable you can sit and move in
- Bring a journal and pen if you'd like, and anything you may feel called to add to the altar
- Cacao is not suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a heart condition, or take antidepressants or other Medic*tion that may interact. If unsure, please check with your doctor. Tea will be available as an alternative.
